1. Do I have to resubmit my company documents into MePs in case I create an account in MePs Post Pre-qualification for a specified period?

Suppliers who are pre-qualified in a specified period will not need to resubmit documentation during creation of accounts in MePs.

2. Can I send a bid to MAUL by email if I am caught up with time trying to prepare my bid in MePs?

Once an invitation for participation in a given tender has been sent out to bidders and instructions to bidders require submission through MePS, all bids submitted through other means other than MePs will be rejected..

3. What is the appropriate size of documents to be uploaded to MePs?

The maximum size for uploading a single document is 10 MBs. In instances where a bidder has documents larger than 10 MBs, it is advisable to split, rename and then upload the documents to MePs.

4. How will I know that all my bid documents have been received in MePs and MAUL?

An auto confirmation email will be sent to bidders’ emails confirming receipt of bids and any other information sent through MePs.
